Trina is a dedicated kohanga reo kaiako and community leader with a strong commitment to te ao Māori and the well-being of others. With extensive experience as a carer and Kōhanga Reo educator, she has played a vital role in preserving and promoting te reo Māori by nurturing young minds in culturally immersive environments. She has a wide reaching network of relationships and connections that have supported the growth of the trust.

As the Community Connection Lead for Te Puna Ariki Charitable Trust, Trina continues to support our organisation in many ways, but especially through the brokering and maintaining of our connections to community leaders and organisations.
